FPS provides a complete range of Vacuum Homogenization Emulsifier which is a complete unit in itself, serving a wide range of applications like mixing, dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying under a hermetically sealed environment, which is vacuum. The process is controlled through an electronic control panel which may be automatic or semi-automatic.

·        Double jacketed for heating/cooling which helps to maintain the process parameters.

·        High Shear Homogenizer for perfect emulsification and smooth texture with adjustable shear rate for shear sensitive products.

·        Powders/Solids are directly sucked in through the loading hoppers automatically.

Vacuum ensures that the entrapped air/bubble is sucked out from the material and ensures a smooth texture.

Vacuum High Shear Mixing Skid is an indigenous unit having inline suction of powders to the liquid flow with dispersion tool to efficiently disperse the powders into the liquid to form a homogeneous solution. The Inline LPM comprises of a specially designed dual stage pumping and homogenizing working tools, namely the rotor and stator.
