Process:

• Desired amount of water is pumped into the SLES dilution vessel based on the batch size.
• Vacuum is created in the vessel to prevent foaming while SLES mixing.
• The process temperature is maintained in the manufacturing vessel and the mix is emulsified via specially designed Multi-Stage Homogenizer to achieve a stable homogeneous solution with super fine texture.
• SLES is dosed at a controlled rate directly into the multi-stage mixer and the circulation continues in the vessel.
• Once the required volume of SLES is dosed, the prepared batch is pumped to the buffer storage vessel

FPS provides a range of Sugar Syrup Preparation Plant that includes a complete setup for processing a range of fruits and flavors, each having a tailor designed process specially designed based on the process requirement for a particular flavor.
