Process:

  • Water Phase is heated, mixed and prepared in the Water Phase Vessel.
  • Wax Phase is heated, mixed and prepared in the Wax Phase Vessel.
  • The prepared phases are pumped into the Jelly Preparation Vessel.
  • The process temperature is maintained in the manufacturing vessel and the mix is emulsified via specially designed Multi-Stage Homogenizer to achieve a stable emulsion with super fine texture.
  • Once the emulsion is formed, other active ingredients/colours are added and mixed thoroughly and perfume is added in certain cases as per requirement.
  • The prepared product is then transferred to the storage vessel through a bump pump, specially designed for the application.

The electrical control panel comprising of suitable starters, relays, switches, etc along with controls, indication of various parameters. May be Semi-Automatic with IP-55 panel or Automatic with PLC based panel comprising of HMI display.

  1. Piping, Valves & Working Platform
