Process:

• Water Phase is heated, mixed and prepared in the Water Phase Vessel.
• Wax Phase is heated, mixed and prepared in the Wax Phase Vessel.
• The prepared phases are pumped into the Jelly Preparation
• The process temperature is maintained in the manufacturing vessel and the mix is emulsified via specially designed Multi-Stage Homogenizer to achieve a stable emulsion with super fine texture
• Once the emulsion is formed, other active ingredients/colours are added and mixed thoroughly and perfume is added in certain cases as per requirement.
• The prepared product is then transferred to the storage vessel through a bump pump, specially designed for the application.

Process:

• Water Phase is heated, mixed and prepared in the Water Phase Vessel.
• Wax Phase is heated, mixed and prepared in the Wax Phase Vessel.
• The prepared phases are pumped into the Jelly Preparation
• The process temperature is maintained in the manufacturing vessel and the mix is emulsified via specially designed Multi-Stage Homogenizer to achieve a stable emulsion with super fine texture
