High Shear Homogenizer:
Batch High Shear Homogenizer is used for wet milling, dispersion and de-agglomeration of the powders into the liquids. Specially designed Multi-Stage Inline High Shear Homogenizer is assembled in line with the Homogenization Vessel along with a re-circulation loop for uniform mixing, reduced particle size and texture improvement.

FPS range of Attritor Machine are widely used to prepare homogeneous dispersions repeatedly under controlled conditions. Our Attritors are made of Stainless Steel Vessel either in SS 304 or SS 316 or Mild Steel Construction with Mild Steel Jacket for cooling the temperature of material to be processed within the machine. All the Ingredients are dosed into the machine and with the grinding media either Ceramic Beads or Steel Balls. Then, Machine is allowed to Mix and Grind the Product. In certain time a particle size of a few microns is achieved.
Attritors are also known as agitated vertical ball mills wherein the material is fed into the charged vertical tank which is filled with grinding media. Both the material and media are then agitated wherein the media exerts a shear impact force on the material which provides a final product which is well dispersed and grinded to micron level ranging within few microns. No premixing/dispersion is required for attritor mills.
A Ball Valve at the bottom discharges the batch on time. The machine has extra facility to speedily discharge the material with tilting type system, no ungrinded pigment get deposited in the vessel or even a re-circulation arrangement can be provided for certain applications. The shaft RPM of this series ranges from 600 to 1400. Dry Grinding Attritors provide fast, efficient grinding, resulting in extremely fine material measured in Microns. 1 to 3 mm Beads can be used and Different Disc designs are also available.
