FPS provides a complete Shampoo Processing Plant which is specially designed indigenous unit for a complete process involved in processing of a range of shampoos and conditioners.

Process:
- Water Phase is heated, mixed and prepared in the Water Phase Vessel.
- Wax/Oil Phase is heated, mixed and prepared in the Wax/Oil Phase Vessel.
- The prepared phases are pumped into the Jelly Preparation
- The process temperature is maintained in the manufacturing vessel and the mix is emulsified via specially designed Multi-Stage Homogenizer to achieve a stable emulsion with super fine texture.
- Once the emulsion is formed, other active ingredients/colours are added and mixed thoroughly and perfume is added in certain cases as per requirement.
- The prepared product is then transferred to the storage vessel through a bump pump, specially designed for the application.

Vacuum based Processing Vessel
Triple jacketed insulated vacuum based cylindrical tank with torispherical dish end both at top and bottom comprising of a semi-contra type agitator stirrer is provided for agitating the liquid and preparing a homogeneous phase and a bottom mounted homogenizer can also be provided.
Transfer Pump
Twin lobe pump used to pump the material from the mixing vessel to the homogenizer and buffer storage vessel.
High Shear Homogenizer
Specially designed Multi-Stage Inline High Shear Homogenizer is assembled in line with the Homogenization Vessel with a re-circulation loop for uniform mixing, reduced particle size and texture improvement.
Storage Vessel
Double jacketed cylindrical tank with torispherical dish end both top and bottom comprising of an anchor agitator with scrappers to ensure a slow speed agitation of the prepared product before filling/packaging of the product.
Control Panel
The electrical control panel comprising of suitable starters, relays, switches, etc along with controls, indication of various parameters. May be Semi-Automatic with IP-55 panel or Automatic with PLC based panel comprising of HMI display.
Piping, Valves & Working Platform
All internal pipeline along with TC-clamps, butterfly valves in S. S along with a working platform for material dosing and operational features.

The basic idea for the coating processing involves induction, wetting, dispersing, homogenizing, and reducing particle size of pigments, fillers, and thickeners in water to form homogeneous slurry for the coating.
