The heart of the system is the high shear homogenizer, used to achieve a finer droplet size and smooth texture of the product. Further, we have classified the specifications of the unit as follows:
- Steam Jacketed Tilting Kettles: For boiling of vegetables
- Fruit Mill: To break hard material into particulates or form a smooth slurry for the pulper
- Pulper: To make fine pulp of the material and separate the waste from the pulp
- Pulp Collection Tank: S.S. rectangular vessel with bottom outlet
