FPS provides a range of Cough Syrup Processing Plants which are tailor designed to individual process description, designed for a wide range of batch sizes and processes involved to produce a range of cough syrups. The basic idea for the cough syrup processing involves dissolving sugar syrup, hydration of powdered ingredients, blending liquids of variable viscosities, homogenizing of active ingredients.
Cough Syrup is a combination of an anti-allergic, expectorant, and mucolytic agents that together serve as an effective combination for multi-symptom cough relief (i.e. relief from cough, cold, sore throat, and symptoms of congestion). It especially works to relieve cough that is allergic in origin. It even relieves stuffy nose symptoms and chest congestion.
Double jacketed cylindrical tank with torrispherical dish end both top and bottom comprising of a propeller type stirrer/anchor agitator is provided for agitating the liquid and prepare a homogeneous phase along with a bottom mounted high shear homogenizer for perfect smooth syrup.
A specially designed highly efficient inline sugar syrup filter to filter out the impurities from the syrup and pump the syrup for further processing
Vacuum based double jacketed mixing vessel with torrispherical dish end both top and bottom comprising of a propeller type stirrer/anchor agitator is provided for agitating the liquid and prepare a homogeneous phase along with a re-circulation loop with the inline homogenizer
Specially designed Multi-Stage Inline High Shear Homogenizer is assembled in line with the Homogenization Vessel with a re-circulation loop for uniform mixing, reduced particle size and texture improvement
The electrical control panel comprising of suitable starters, relays, switches, etc along with controls, indication of various parameters. May be Semi-Automatic with IP-55 panel or automatic with PLC based panel comprising of HMI display
All internal pipeline along with TC-clamps, butterfly valves in S. S along with a working platform for material dosing and operational features.
