FPS provides a range of fruit and vegetable pulverizing machinewhich is suitable for crushing or grinding fruits and vegetables into fine puree. The material is fed into the feeding hopper in the working chamber which comprises of multiple sets of cutters rotating in anti-clockwise direction. The beater passes just beneath the ratchet teeth liner; fitted inside the top half of the crushing chamber, leaving a gap of 3 mm between the liner teeth and tips of the rotating beater. The material thus caught between the liner teeth like a sword with a scissor action at 2880 rpm. The material is then passed through the sieve fitted at the discharge.

Process:

• Desired amount of water is pumped into the SLES dilution vessel based on the batch size.
• Vacuum is created in the vessel to prevent foaming while SLES mixing.
• The process temperature is maintained in the manufacturing vessel and the mix is emulsified via specially designed Multi-Stage Homogenizer to achieve a stable homogeneous solution with super fine texture.
• SLES is dosed at a controlled rate directly into the multi-stage mixer and the circulation continues in the vessel.
• Once the required volume of SLES is dosed, the prepared batch is pumped to the buffer storage vessel

Components:

1. SLES Dilution Vessel

Vacuum based Double jacketed cylindrical tank with torrispherical dish end both at top and bottom comprising of a propeller type stirrer is provided for agitating the liquid and preparing a homogeneous phase.

1. High Shear Homogenizer

Specially designed Multi-Stage Inline High Shear Homogenizer is assembled in line with the SLES dilution Vessel along with a re-circulation loop for uniform mixing, homogenizing and texture improvement.

1. Transfer & Feed Pumps

Specially designed bump pump is used to transfer the material from the Homogenization vessel to the Storage Vessel.

1. Storage Vessel

Double jacketed cylindrical tank with torrispherical dish end both at top and bottom comprising of an anchor agitator with scrappers to ensure a slow speed agitation of the prepared product before filling/packaging of the product.

1. Control Panel

The electrical control panel comprising of suitable starters, relays, switches, etc along with controls, indication of various parameters. May be Semi-Automatic with IP-55 panel or Automatic with PLC based panel comprising of HMI display.

1. Piping, Valves & Working Platform

All internal pipeline along with TC-clamps, butterfly valves in S. S along with a working platform for material dosing and operational features.

FPS Wax Emulsion Mixers Homogenizer works on the Rotor – Stator Principle and are capable of producing very Fine Emulsions, Solutions, Suspensions and Dispersions that traditionally require processing in an expensive Colloid Mill or High Pressure Homogenizer. These Mixers Imparts a vigorous Radial and Axial flow patterns and Intense Shear which makes it an outstanding Pre-Mixer with excellent Dispersing Performance, Uniform Fineness, Rapid Operation and High Efficiency.

Automatic Polymer Modified Bitumen Plant is one of the specially designed and engineered bitumen grades that are used in making pavements, roads for heavy duty traffic and home roofing solutions to withstand extreme weather conditions. PMB is typically made by combining bitumen with a styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) copolymer. The addition of the polymer makes the bitumen more elastomeric in nature.

Polymer Modified Bitumen Plant comprises of the following:

1. Bitumen Feed pump: Specially designed jacketed gear pump to feed Bitumen into the mill
2. Polymer Feeder: A screw type conveyor specially designed to feed polymer into the digestion tank
